I got my order from the ADV Thanksgiving sale today and I'm more than completely satisfied with my order. Rightstuf actually handled the fulfillment! 
Same great packaging, same invoice slip, it even came in a RightStuf box. And best of all, all boxsets were sealed with no modification to any of the UPCs!

Tonight felt like early Christmas with the Rightstuf box with the ADV sets arriving today. I really hope they do this kind of sale again sometime. I will definetly order more then.

Just a quick hi! I have been lurking here for a while. The deals posted here are absolutely the best and I honestly believe Right Stuf is trying to send me to the poor house with all those awesome deals. I honestly doubled my Anime collection if not more so off all those bargain deals so far this month
I have never had any problems before until I started shopping for stuff at Best Buy Online. I can not say I recommend it to anyone EVER. Anyone remember that small Anime sale from Best Buy that was 2 or 3 days long around Thanksgiving?
I purchased a few sets to include Kenshin Season 1 and 2 (I was going to buy season 3 but it was already sold out and thank heaven too) and I also purchased Genshiken. Anyhow, I was disappointed in the type of cases the sets came in.... What is worse is Best Buy decided it was a good idea to send these sets in a bubble envelope and they arrived nicely smashed. Season 2 case looked like someone stepped on it. Season 1 was broken from the inside. I drove to Best Buy finding out I had to call their Customer Service line order to return them and keep the sale price...If that was annoying enough it took 45 minutes over at least six dropped calls to get them to resend the sets.
Two days later I opened the Genshiken set and the first volume won't play on my computer or on the DVD player. It looks like some sort of plastic film or glue is cover the inner edge of the DVD. I don't know if this is just a manufacturer error or some sort of poor storage from heat in the warehouse. So I had call them again to resend this one too. At least I got through the first time with them on this call.
If that wasn't bad enough all are on back order. All I can say is I wont be ordering with them online again.

I haven't ordered from them in years. Those bubble envelopes for box sets always scared me. Got RK 1 years ago and it arrived safe, same with Wedding Peach Season 1. But after they got rid of free shipping I quit, unless it's an in-store pickup. For pay shipping it could be padded a little more.
Still better than FYE and Buy.com's two pieces of cardboard stuck together.

I would highly recommend Kurau. There is a thinpak coming out in February, but you stated that you prefer singles and you cannot beat RS's price. I can only imagine what Shawne has in store for the 12 Days of Christmas.
